  • Respond to outages and deal directly with customers and employees during outages
  • Participating in On-Call Program

  • Licensed Link Configuration

  • Mentor NOC Admin

  • Maintain IP infrastructure database
  • Infrastructure IP Updates
  • G Suite Administration
  • Tower Coverage Mapping

  • Mass SM Firmware Updates
  • 3.65 Registrations
  • Digium Phone System Administration
  • CSR Tier 2 Support

Requirements:
1. Experience in network troubleshooting and repair
2. Experience in general network engineering
3. Understanding of switching (VLAN, STP)
4. Understanding in routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
5. Understanding of RF Networks (Ceragon, Cambium, Ubiquiti)
6. Experience in working in IPv4 as well as IPv6
7. General understanding of radius and authentication
8. Experience with Mikrotik, HP, and Cisco
